I was born in Kent and moved to the north west soon after getting married 47 years ago, I have two children, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Captain's Message
A Message from The 2013 Captain - Mr Jim Wilkinson
First of all I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the members for their good wishes and support shown to me.
I was shocked and honoured to be elected captain this year following in the footsteps of some great captains. I will do my best to uphold all the traditions and expectations of Arrowe Park golf Club. I will keep to Claire house again as my chosen charity this year and will be re-introducing the right hand bunker that guards the eighth green as the (Captains Bunker) in aid of Claire House.
My Captains day out will be at The Oaks (Mollington) on Thursday 13th June and my second day out
Will be Friday 30th August (Tommy Cunningham Trophy) venue T.B.A
After the success of the Captains dinner on 8th March I will be booking the same venue for my Captains dinner next year date T.B.A
Finally I would thank the members once again for their best wishes and support and look forward to playing with as many different members as i can over the coming year
