Helen has accepted the role as Rule Ambassador for Arrowe Park Golf Club, a role which will be in place until 2029.

To be able to carry out the role Helen attended a course set by England Golf and undertook an exam which she passed with flying colours!

On successful completion of the course and exam Helen will be available to ensure our club meets the conformance required by England Golf to ensure we are compliant with golfing rules.

The list below highlights the areas to which she is available to comment and advise on in an effort to maintain a professional

​standard of rules for our members and course setup to follow.

• Educate our members on the rules of golf.

• Handle rules queries from members.

• Ensure our course is marked appropriately (in co-operation with the council rulings).

• Ensure Local Rules and Terms of Competitions are written accurately.

• Take Pace of Play strategies back to our club from England Golf.

The club wishes Helen success in her new role.
